Assessment of vegetable and animal products in the Murmansk region within the implementation of the federal project “Public Health Promotion”

Monitoring studies of the quality food products plant and animal origin, including vegetable oils, some confectionery dietary supplements were carried out in Murmansk region as a part implementing federal project “Public Health Promotion” National Project “Demography”. Within framework monitoring studies, data allowing to evaluate circulation on territory obtained, share products, up 12% volume studied range not meeting established requirements safety indicators is revealed. The highest percentage that do conform technical regulation defined category made 7.8% total amount samples, second place (2.5%) given other – 1.8% complete list. Toxic elements, pesticides, antibiotics, preservatives, mycotoxins, nitrates, dry low-fat milk residue, genetically modified enzymes (microbial transglutaminase) sanitary-indicative microorganisms determined among indicators. Products origin like eggs, milk, yogurt, kefir, sour cream, cake cheese, cheeses, condensed butter, bockwurst sausages, safe for consumer result violating production technology, storage conditions failure, use low-quality raw material, or product falsification. assessment apples, cucumber, tomato, sunflower olive oil, cookies samples showed unsatisfactory results residual content toxic antibiotics peroxide.
